Bombus Interactive i Sverige AB, registration number 559010-1225, is the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at info@bombusinteractive.se.

What data we process

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide: name, email address, company and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also process the details needed for orders and invoicing.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and send the media list. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To carry out orders and invoice. Legal basis: contract.
• To comply with Swedish bookkeeping law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

Who receives the data

The form is sent through Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email. Our email is handled by Google. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the pages. These providers process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us at info@bombusinteractive.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

bombusinteractive.se does not use cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on the website, so no cookie banner is needed. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
